
ICTAM 2004 Fellowships
The USNC/TAM organized a fellowship program to provide funds for travel assistance to the 21st International Congress on Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (ICTAM), held in Warsaw, Poland, August 15-21, 2004 (http://ictam04.ippt.gov.pl). Awards were made to 36 U.S. citizens and permanent residents who presented a paper at the Congress or were otherwise involved in ICTAM activities.
Support for the travel awards was provided by the National Science Foundation under grant number CMS-0353338, the Air Force Research Laboratory under agreement number FA9550-04-1-0081, and the Department of Navy grant N000140410575 issued by the Office of Naval Research.
